By submitting the MAX Mentoring registration form, you agree to the following terms:

• I consent to the transmission of the form data via an encrypted SSL connection and its storage in a database, as well as to subsequent contact via unencrypted emails.
• I agree that the staff members of the Office of International Affairs at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities responsible for organizing the MAX program may process the collected data for the purpose of assigning a MAX partner to me, to the extent and in the manner described.
• I agree that the staff members of the International Office of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities responsible for organizing the MAX program may share my name and email address with the partner assigned to me via unencrypted email. Data will only be shared via email if attempts to establish contact at a get-together organized by the Office of International Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities fail.
• I agree that photographs of and featuring me may be taken during events related to the program (e.g., get-together meetings) and used for reporting on or promoting the program. I may object to this processing at any time by email or in person by contacting the organizers (digital images already published will be deleted promptly; print media containing images will not be reprinted).
• Pursuant to Section 18 of the Data Protection Act of North Rhine-Westphalia, I have the right to request information from the Office for International Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities regarding the data stored about me and/or to have any inaccurately stored data corrected. Requests for information or correction should be directed to max@phil.uni-siegen.de.
