Marketing

The marketing team is responsible for strengthening the visibility of the University of Siegen in the region, but also throughout Germany in the future, and for raising the University's profile.

To this end, we develop a strategic marketing mix that is geared towards the needs and media usage behavior of our target groups. The advertisements are generally placed between mid-December to mid-March and mid-April to mid-October. In addition, we also advertise selected events such as the Open University and Ready to Study as well as the study orientation weeks, which appeal to the same target groups.

At the same time, we are working on developing and implementing the university's brand strategy. One of our key concerns is to standardize communication measures across the university. To this end, we have produced image images and image clips that can be used throughout the university.

In addition to developing and implementing the university's brand strategy, we will be implementing a more extensive marketing campaign for the first time in 2025. More information will follow here soon.

We check the success of our measures with regular monitoring and quarterly reports.
