As part of the Erasmus+ program (2021-2027), students with child(ren) can receive additional financial support for stays abroad - the Social Top-up - grant.

The funding is aimed at students whose child or children accompany them during their entire stay abroad. It can be granted for study, internship and short-term stays.

The monthly grant is usually €250 (pro rata for short stays). Alternatively, funding for real costs or a combination of both can be applied for.

Grants are awarded subject to the availability of funds.
