If you need a data backup for your server, please send an e-mail to support@zimt.uni-siegen.de with the following information:
- Server name
- Name(s), e-mail address(es) and telephone number(s) of the contact person(s)
- Name of the operating system
- Service running on the machine, e.g. web server
- Schools or institution
Note
This data backup service (Datensicherung.nrw) is a state-wide data backup service for the universities in North-Rhine Westphalia, whereby some universities are dedicated service providers. The service provider for the University of Siegen is RWTH Aachen, i.e. the backup data is stored at the RWTH computer center.
