Elections at the University of Siegen

We advise and support the election committees, candidates and all those entitled to vote at the University of Siegen on their respective issues.

We offer

• for the election committee for the elections to the (University) Senate and the Equal Opportunities Commission:
  support in preparing and conducting the online election, working out a suitable election date, providing the list of eligible voters, checking and advising on the preparation of the election notice and publication, preliminary examination of the election proposals, setting up the online voting booth and monitoring the processes during the election, support in determining the election results and publication, informing the elected committee members

• for the election committees of the faculty council elections:
  Support in the preparation and implementation of the online election, development of a suitable election date, provision of the list of eligible voters, review and advice on the preparation of the election notice and publication if necessary, setting up the online voting booth and monitoring the processes during the election, support in determining the election results and publication if necessary

• for the candidates of the central committee elections of the University of Siegen:
  Support with the submission of election proposals

• for all voters of the central committee elections of the University of Siegen:
  Checking eligibility to vote, support with questions regarding constituency allocation, advice on questions regarding the online voting system

• for all voters of the DFG Review Board election:

  Establishment of an election office, creation of the electoral roll, support with the creation of the nomination lists and forwarding, allocation and distribution of election documents, creation of an election protocol.
