How does the ZIMT ticket system work?
All university members can use the ZIMT ticket system by contacting the ZIMT support desk (see below) by e-mail (or telephone) to report technical problems or inquiries. The support staff record these requests in the ITSM system, where they are categorized, prioritized and assigned to the responsible persons at ZIMT.
The progress of the request is documented in the system so that customers remain informed of the status and the request can be tracked until it is resolved.
