We are looking for: In Schools IV at the Chair of IPEM (International Production Engineering and Management), we are looking for a Student Assistant (SHK) or Research Assistant with a Bachelor's degree (WHB) with immediate effect on the following terms:
- 8 hours per week Temporary
- 6 months (extension possible depending on availability of funds)
- Employment on the basis of the Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz
Your tasks:
- Creating and managing social media content: developing and publishing posts and stories on LinkedIn and Instagram, regularly updating channels to increase visibility
- Designing promotional materials: creating flyers, brochures and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring a consistent look and feel in line with the university's CI guidelines
- Support for marketing events: preparation, organization and participation in marketing events
- Preparation and support of workshops: Planning and organizing workshops, creating presentations and training materials, providing administrative support during workshops and collecting feedback to improve quality
Your profile:
- Interest in industry issues and the technologies involved
- Ongoing studies in the field of business administration, media sciences, marketing or similar subjects
- Initiative, independence, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint and social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
- Confident German and good written and spoken English skills
