The four-year Bachelor's degree course in Social Sciences in Europe offers a thematically focused, undergraduate course in social sciences. You will acquire knowledge of the theories, methods and research subjects of political science and sociology. A particular focus is on comparative country and social analysis, Europe, international relations, transnationality and globalization as well as the development of European integration, which is examined empirically and theoretically.
A year abroad at one of our partner universities promotes your intercultural skills and language skills and offers you the opportunity to get to grips with the "Europe" project in practice.

Career prospects
The Bachelor of Social Sciences in Europe qualifies you in particular for fields of activity in which European and international topics, intercultural skills and foreign language skills play a major role.
The fields of activity include research and consulting, intercultural communication, research, assessment, evaluation, public and press relations, management, human resources or editing.
The degree program is admission-restricted, so you must apply for a place. You must also register with hochschulstart.de.
The course provides for a year abroad integrated into the course of study with full recognition of achievements and funding through the Erasmus+ program.
