4.1 Personnel development and organization
Our team provides comprehensive support for your concerns regarding personnel development, training, further education and organization. With the Dual Career Service, we offer competent start-up support for newly appointed staff, early career researchers, new employees and their partners.
We can also advise you on your individual needs: In the preparation and implementation of changes in the team, in the organization, in career development and also in the search for the right coach, trainer or moderator.
Our expert for personnel controlling and reporting will support you with inquiries about personnel statistics and reports.
