Moonum Zehra presented her latest study on digital literacy, technostress, and the well-being of small business owners at BCERC 2026 at the University of Alabama.

Moonum Zehra and her team of authors were honored with the Best Paper Award in the Family Entrepreneurship category at BCERC 2026. The award-winning paper examines how members of family businesses can manage work-family conflicts and enhance their well-being.

Our external doctoral student Cemre Demir has successfully completed her doctorate. In her dissertation, she focused on the topic of hybrid entrepreneurship and made a valuable contribution to research.

The Chair of Business Administration, in particular SME Management and Entrepreneurship, is offering a Bachelor's seminar and a project seminar (Master's) in the summer semester 2026.

From September 12 to 14, 2025, our chair team successfully participated in the IECER conference in Reykjavik and contributed two presentations.

We are very pleased to announce that Moonum Zehra, Prof. Dr. Arndt Werner, Dr. Meike Stephan, and Sepideh Ghahremani have received the 2025 BCERC Best Paper Award from the Bertarelli Institute for Family Entrepreneurship at Babson College.

From 22.07-25.07.2025 Sepideh Ghahremani (research assistant at the chair) successfully participated in the European Academy of Management 2025 (EURAM) in Florence, Italy.

From June 4 to 7, 2025, Moonum Zehra, a research assistant at the chair, successfully participated in the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC) at Babson College in Wellesley, USA.
