Book bazaar in the main library AR and in the branch library US
From Tuesday, October 28 to Thursday, October 30, 2025 , we will once again be offering discarded library collections for sale at a book bazaar.
The bazaar will take place in parallel in the main library Adolf-Reichwein-Straße (AR) and in the Lower Castle branch library (US) from 09:00 - 16:00.
In total, there are several thousand titles to choose from, sorted by subject. The individual volumes cost between 50 cents and three euros, depending on their size and condition.
Subject focus at the individual locations:
- The US branch library offers textbooks in older editions and no longer needed (multiple) copies from economics and business law.
- In the main library AR books from all subject areas with a focus on linguistics and literature, media studies and natural sciences.
