Nutritional power for sport and everyday life

In everyday life, there is often a lack of time and ideas on how to implement a balanced diet. In addition, there are many trends and wisdoms circulating that make orientation difficult. In this lecture, ecotrophologist Anja Jung will provide guidelines on how we can support our performance in everyday life as well as in endurance sports with our diet. What role do carbohydrates and sugar play, what is best to eat before and after training and how can we avoid a big afternoon slump? These and other questions will be answered and accompanied by practical tips. Questions are very welcome.
