Which job can make me happy? - Clarify your own career and life goals

Professional activity - both within and outside academia - is an important aspect of everyday life. As a rule, it should not only secure a livelihood, but also fulfill the employee and match their interests and strengths. However, it is sometimes difficult for employees to be clear about what really motivates them and what opportunities exist for them on the job market in their chosen field of work.
