Strengthen personal compatibility: Clarify goals, set priorities, actively shape

As part of the University of Siegen's Family Weeks, we cordially invite you to a workshop that will help you to strengthen and actively shape your personal compatibility of family and career or studies in the long term.

In the workshop, you will reflect on your own goals in the light of external circumstances and expectations. You will identify your personal resources and priorities and explore your individual scope for action. You will receive impulses for more balance and less mental load.

By exchanging experiences with other participants, you will develop concrete action steps that you can take directly into your everyday life.
