We would like to kindly point out that appointments for initial consultations can only be made via our contact form and during telephone consultation hours. For data protection reasons, we are not allowed to reply to emails with requests for initial consultations or about therapy content, so please refrain from doing so. For other concerns (e.g. changes to appointments), the secretary's office will be happy to help you by telephone.

Contact form

To make an appointment for an initial consultation, you can complete the questionnaire linked below and return it by post to the above address of the Psychotherapeutic University Outpatient Clinic or drop it in our letterbox in person. This will automatically place you on our list of interested parties for a period of one year. After this period, we will unfortunately have to destroy the questionnaire. Please note that it is not possible for us to inform you separately about your inclusion on the list. We would also like to point out that the list of interested parties currently comprises more than 100 people, which is why we cannot offer treatment or an appointment to everyone. However, we are making every effort to offer treatment and appointments to as many people as possible. For data protection reasons, contact forms that reach us by e-mail will be deleted. We therefore ask you to refrain from contact requests by e-mail.

Telephone consultation

As an alternative to the contact form, it is possible to register and make appointments for initial consultations by telephone. Please note that appointments for telephone consultations may be canceled or postponed at short notice in individual cases.

You can always find the current dates for telephone consultation hours here:

Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 and

Wednesdays from 14:00 - 15:00

Unfortunately, the very high demand exceeds our current capacity for telephone consultation hours many times over. In order to be able to take even more calls in future than is currently possible, we have decided to expand these further. Until then, we ask for your understanding for the waiting times. For data protection reasons, we are unfortunately not allowed to make appointments by e-mail. We would therefore kindly ask you not to send us any e-mails in this regard, as we are not permitted to process them.

Outside of these consultation hours, appointments can only be made via our contact form.
