"Operations Office & Technical Warehouse"

The Technical Operations Office supports the building operations of the entire University of Siegen with its services.

Core areas of responsibility:

These overlap in their various tasks with central processes such as:

• CAFM system
  • (modules: maintenance, repair and service)

    • Recurring inspections/maintenance of technical systems in accordance with statutory operator responsibility

       

• Energy monitoring

  • Measuring point management with approx. 1,150 meters

     

• Technical warehouse
  • Materials management in "Technical building management"
