The Central Control Room serves as the operations command center and control hub for the TGM (Technical Building Management) department .
Its core responsibilities include, among other things:

Receiving, coordinating, and monitoring:
First aid measures and rescue operations
- Automatic control, regulation, monitoring, and optimization of technical building systems (TGA) for heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, shading, and other building services—using various IT-supported management systems.
