Information technology
The IT department of the Technical Building Management (TGM) is responsible for the strategic development and smooth operation of all IT and telecommunications technologies used, including end devices, networks, central server systems and critical services such as VoIP telephony. We ensure GDPR compliance, develop and implement internal IT guidelines and IT security guidelines for the University of Siegen and offer comprehensive helpdesk support for rapid troubleshooting.
