Telecommunications
The Telecommunications department operates the entire VoIP-based telecommunications network of the University of Siegen and is responsible for its maintenance, planning and expansion. The system includes a Cisco call manager cluster and unified messaging services such as VoiceMail. A total of around 3000 extensions and user support are managed in the telecommunications network. Our team will be happy to help you with technical problems, questions about using the services or applying for new services.
