Economics

The Department of Economics specializes in research and teaching in the fields of digital economics, monetary policy, environment and resources, political economy, international economic relations and public finance. Its lecturers teach in particular on the Bachelor's degree courses in Economics and Business Administration, the English-language Master's degree course in Economic Policy and the Master's degree course in Management and Markets. The Siegen economists run the MAGKS doctoral program together with colleagues from the universities of Marburg, Aachen (RWTH), Giessen, Kassel, Göttingen and Düsseldorf.
