"Building management systems|MSR|Heating centers"

The central control room is the operations control center and control center of the "Technical Building Management" department.

The core areas of responsibility include

• Acceptance, coordination and monitoring of first aid measures and rescue operations
• Automatic control, regulation, monitoring and optimization of technical building equipment (TGA). The "GA" combines heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, shading and other building technology - with the aid of various IT-supported management systems.
