Do you know this feeling? Are you tired and exhausted in the evening but still feel like you haven't done enough? Then this workshop is just right for you:

Appointment 1: Basis for balance - cleverly managing stress during your studies

Learn the basics of how to deal with study stress more calmly and develop strategies for more structure in your everyday life.

Appointment 2: Managing energy - recognizing sources of strength and preventing exhaustion

Discover how to use your energy in a targeted way to stay productive without burning out - including practical tips for everyday university life.

Appointment 3: Anti-stress toolbox - acute help for pressure and stress

Familiarize yourself with quick and effective methods for coping with acute moments of stress - from breathing techniques to mental emergency routines.

Appointment 4: Developing resilience - resilience for more serenity

Strengthen your mental health in the long term and learn how to remain mentally stable even in challenging phases and gain more freedom.

We recommend attending all four dates, but it is possible to register for individual dates.
