If you are aware of your own strengths and skills, you can be far more targeted and successful in your career choice. With your skill set in mind, you not only discover areas for development, but also promote a later fit between professional requirements and your own skills profile.
Contents:
In this 2-day workshop, you will take an intensive and creative look at your own talents, strengths and skills with a view to starting your career. You will design your own "hero's journey" step by step and put it on canvas on the second day. Don't worry, you don't have to be a writer or artist - just bring a pinch of curiosity and a sense of adventure.
You will gain more clarity about
- What strengths and skills you bring to the table that will make you successful in your career (and studies).
- Which future-oriented skills are required in your career and which you will already encounter in your everyday studies.
- Which professional profiles interest you and how your own profile fits in.
- Where your professional journey is taking you and what your next steps could be.
