The specialization module gives lecturers the opportunity to gain even more qualifications based on their own interests and activities.
The following focal points are set for this:
+ The creation of a teaching portfolio, which can be both proof of one's own didactic qualification and competence to the outside world and a reflection and qualification tool for the lecturers themselves.
+ The development of individual projects for the innovative (further) development of teaching practice, degree programmes or interdisciplinary aspects of teaching and studies
Structure
The specialization module consists largely of self-study, with the creation of the portfolio and the development, testing and reflection being the central topics. It is framed by a 1.5-day kick-off workshop at the beginning of the semester and a half-day final workshop at the end of the semester and is accompanied by advisory services.
