By submitting the MAX Mentoring registration form, you agree to the following conditions:

• I agree to the transmission of the form data via an encrypted SSL connection and storage in a database, as well as to subsequent contact via unencrypted emails.
• I agree that the persons of the Office for International Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities entrusted with the organization of the MAX program may process the data collected for the purpose of assigning a MAX partner to the extent and in the manner described.
• I agree that the persons of the Office for International Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities responsible for the organization of the MAX program may pass on my name and e-mail address to the partner assigned to me by unencrypted e-mail. The data will only be passed on by e-mail if contact is not established at a meeting organized by the Office for International Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
• I agree that photographs of and with me may be taken in the context of events related to the program (e.g. introductory meetings) and used for reporting on or advertising the program. I can object to this processing at any time by e-mail or in person by contacting the organizers (digital images already published will be deleted promptly; print media with images will not be reprinted).
• According to § 18 of the Data Protection Act NRW, I have the right to request information from the Office for International Affairs of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities about the data stored about me and/or to have incorrectly stored data corrected. A request for information or correction should be sent to max@phil.uni-siegen.de.
