Concept: the four pillars of the certificate programme

The certificate participants are supported by the House of Young Talents in four areas:

  • Career orientation 
    Clarification of career goals and career options
  • Transferable skills 
    Awareness of competences and their transferability to other professional fields
  • Competence development 
    Acquisition of key competences in the areas of leadership, management, communication
  • Self-marketing and reflection 
    Visualisation of the competence portfolio, preparation for application procedures

The concept of the HYT certificate programme is based on the certificate of the Netzwerk Personalentwicklung an Hochschulen in NRW „Qualifizierung für Berufsfelder in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft“, which was actively co-designed by the HYT and in which the University of Siegen participates.
