Why learn Arabic?
Learning Arabic gives you access to a rich culture, literature, music and film world. In our courses, you will practise speaking, listening, reading and writing and discover the everyday life, traditions and cultural diversity of Arabic-speaking countries.
Those who speak Arabic can experience content in the original language, be it books, films or music, and apply what they have learned directly - when traveling, studying or in exchange with students from the Arab world. Learning Arabic therefore means actively using the language, understanding the culture and gaining new perspectives for your studies, career and personal experiences.

Our Arabic teachers
In her courses, Stefanie Gsell teaches Arabic as a diverse and lively language with great cultural and historical depth. She attaches particular importance to a systematic and at the same time practical approach that further deepens both basic language structures and communicative skills. In addition to reading and writing, pronunciation, listening comprehension and cultural contexts of the Arabic-speaking world are the focus of the lessons. The aim is to build on the students' existing language skills and develop their understanding of the linguistic and cultural diversity of Arabic.
