Our researchers awarded prestigious BCERC prize

We are very pleased to announce that Moonum Zehra, Prof. Dr. Arndt Werner, Dr. Meike Stephan, and Sepideh Ghahremani have received the 2025 BCERC Best Paper Award from the Bertarelli Institute for Family Entrepreneurship at Babson College.

Their paper titled "Managing Dual Roles: Coping With Work-family Conflict And Enhancing Well-being Of Family Business Members" was recognized as the best paper in family entrepreneurship research. It will also be included as one of the top 40 publications in the conference proceedings.
