The mentoring program for student teachers of Catholic religion at the University of Siegen, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Paderborn, accompanies students up to the Missio canonica. Mentoring officer and contact person Raphaele Voß offers pastoral, spiritual and personal development support.

The mentoring program with its various elements (start of mentoring, mentoring discussion, learning to live faith: personal and practical, final reflection) supports the personal and professional development of identity as a religious education teacher.

Raphaele Voß is a teacher at St. Ursula Gymnasium for the subjects of Catholic religion, history and sport. As a training officer, she accompanies trainee teachers and interns on their way into the profession.
