Remuneration ≤ € 25,000 net:
If you would like to submit an offer to a business partner for a commercial contract worth up to € 25,000 net, please use the corresponding order form with the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).Before submitting the offer, please contact the team for commercial projects, Dept. 1.2, to check the calculation. After approval by the finance department, the professor can sign the order himself/herself.

For orders with remuneration of more than € 25,000 net, an R&D contract signed by the Chancellor is required. Please contact us in good time to complete the contract process in good time! We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Our sample contract:
