The degree course qualifies you for a variety of different professional fields. These include, for example, employment opportunities in public relations and cultural work, adult education and at international and national, public and private institutions. Further career prospects open up in political parties and associations, in museums, libraries and archives, at institutes for applied social research and in education, as well as press and broadcasting companies. The degree also qualifies you for a Master's degree.

phil: Student counseling

The phil: Student Advisory Service is the first point of contact in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities for all questions regarding the course of studies, the organization of your studies, the preparation of your timetable and all other study-related topics.

Academic advising

The student advisory service is made up of lecturers from the seminars responsible for your degree program. They can advise you on specific content and technical details of the degree program.

phil: Examination Office

The Examinations Office of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities advises and supports you and your (electronic) study file with all your study and examination achievements, including your degree.

phil: in unison

The unisono team at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities will help you with questions about the unisono campus management system - especially when it comes to registering for courses and registering for coursework and examinations.

phil: Internship office

The Internship Office of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities will support you with advice on internship questions: What can you get credit for, what formalities are important, and much more.
