Master of Science (M.Sc.)
"The Mathematics Department in Siegen is a relatively small one. This is a major advantage for students: the doors to the offices are always open. It’s rarely necessary to make an appointment for office hours. You can simply drop by to see the faculty or their staff whenever you have questions.
In addition, the department regularly takes student requests for new courses into consideration, so you can sometimes choose a course outside the usual curriculum.” (former student)

Important Information

- The thesis should not exceed 60 pages.
- The completion period is 6 months.
- The title must match the title submitted with the registration.
Three (3) bound copies (no spiral or staple binding) of the thesis must be received by the Examinations Office by the deadline, and an electronic version must also be submitted. Please send this as a PDF file via email to pruefungsamt@mathematik.uni-siegen.de.

The thesis must be received by the Registrar’s Office by the final submission deadline; this also applies to submissions sent by mail.
