University of Salento (Italy)
Founded in 1955, the University of Salento is an institution dedicated to the promotion of knowledge, merit and professional skills. It offers a wide range of degree programmes in areas such as law, science, engineering, humanities and media studies, as well as specialised postgraduate courses. With eight departments and thirty-three research centres, the university plays a key role in the cultural and social life of the Salento region.
