University members can have newsletters sent by e-mail as part of their Schools or institution in order to provide the university or dedicated groups at the university with superordinate information. And this is how it works...
Instructions
Compose your circular mail.
If you need help with the wording, please contact the Press Office.
First send the finished draft to the Rectorate with a request for approval.
If your circular has been approved by the Rectorate, please contact the ZIMT Support Desk with a request to send it internally.
Notes on circulars
Your circular mail must have a clear reference to the university and your studies.
Keep your circular mail as short as possible.
Limit the number of e-mails to what is necessary. Please note that, unlike other e-mail distribution lists, you cannot unsubscribe from the mailing lists.
If you would like to send emails with several 100 recipients from your own mailbox, you must temporarily increase the recipient limit of your mailboxat https://selfservice.zimt.uni-siegen.de.
