Less Stress, More Focus
Are you barely keeping up and wondering where the time goes? In this workshop, we’ll explore important time management techniques and tools together so you can use your time more efficiently, set priorities, and complete tasks more effectively. This way, you’ll not only gain time but also mental clarity—for greater productivity without stress. Become a pro at time management and take an active role in shaping your academic experience!

Hands-On Relaxation Techniques
Do you often feel tense, or wish you had more inner peace and serenity? In this workshop, you’ll learn about various relaxation methods, such as breathing techniques and mindfulness training. The workshop offers a relaxed atmosphere where participants can try things out together, reflect, and gain new insights.

Confidence 
Here, you’ll practice overcoming stage fright by trying out different strategies.
We’ll focus on breathing, voice, posture, gestures, and facial expressions.
Together with like-minded participants, you’ll learn, step by step, to overcome inhibitions when speaking and gain more self-confidence in your public speaking.

Start on Time & Stay on Track

Building Self-Confidence
When we doubt ourselves, we don’t believe in our abilities; we focus too much on our weaknesses, and some challenges seem insurmountable. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build your self-worth and boost your self-confidence. You’ll get to know yourself and your strengths better, and you’ll learn strategies for dealing with your inner critic.

“I just can’t make up my mind—am I studying the right thing?” or “Would something else be better for me?”
Some people mull over a decision until it’s made for them; others make a hasty decision and end up dissatisfied with it. In this workshop, you’ll learn methods that will help you make good decisions in general and for your personal path.
