To ensure that your studies run smoothly and to continuously improve the range of courses on offer, the Professorium has established a number of mechanisms and events together with the Student Council, the Examinations Office and the Student Coordination Office:
" Informed start to the first semester: overview page for all relevant information for first-year students including an introductory week.
" Semester talks: Regular exchange between students, professors and study coordinators to discuss individual student concerns in the form of questions, feedback and problems.
" Study buddy: Professional support from students in higher semesters.
" Coffee round / professorial mentoring: Informal discussion round for students and professors for subject-related questions and further study and career planning.
" Individual counseling: The study coordination
of Psychology offers counseling sessions for your individual course of study and open questions about your studies.
" Early warning system with advisory services: If you fall behind your study plan in the first few semesters, you will immediately receive a non-binding offer of advice for the rest of your studies.
" Flexibilization of the duration of studies: After individual consultation, an adjustment from 6 to 7 semesters is possible.
