Start of the NaviDay study at the University of Siegen

Our study “How do people navigate their everyday lives?” (NaviDay) launched in January. In the NaviDay study, we investigate how people shape their everyday situations and how this relates to characteristics of their personality as well as features of the situations themselves. Participation takes place via smartphone and includes an initial questionnaire as well as brief daily surveys over a period of 14 days. In the first survey phase, households in Siegen were randomly selected and invited to participate via flyers. Flyer distribution will continue until February 20, 2026.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all participants!
