The procurement/purchase of all goods and services (e.g. equipment, consulting, coaching, software, travel, coach trips) is subject to statutory regulations.
We support you in complying with the regulations and take care of placing orders from € 3,000 net.

Our tasks

Awarding of contracts for goods and services > EUR 3,000 net ("Central Procurement")

Supervision of contracts awarded by the project companies of the University of Siegen (CUS-North/Cus-South/WANC)

Approval and monitoring of all procurements from third countries (non-EU) regardless of the value of the goods (also below €3,000 net, also for donations, free samples, etc.)

Responsible for all imports and exports for the entire university

Information and communication on the subject of customs matters

Procurement procedures below and above the EU threshold value (EU threshold value currently € 216,000 net)

Implementation of large equipment procurements in accordance with Art. 91b and Art. 143c GG

Framework contract management of central framework contracts
