Executive Departments Digitalization

The Executive Departments Digitalization supports the university administration in the introduction and further development of digital processes. We analyse processes, coordinate projects and develop integrated, standardized procedures together with the specialist departments. We focus on supporting the SAP resource management system and the university-wide e-file based on d.velop documents - from requirements analysis to successful implementation.

Our aim is to make administrative processes efficient, sustainable and free of media discontinuity. In doing so, we rely on standardized, scalable and easily integrated process structures. As an interface between specialist departments, central administration, IT service providers and nationwide working groups, we support digitization projects from the initial analysis through to successful implementation.
