In the winter semester 2023/24, Prof. Rösler will offer the seminar “Structuring Options in Private International Law and International Civil Procedure—Case Studies from Corporate Practice.”

In late April 2023, Prof. Rösler taught eight hours at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as part of the Erasmus+ program.

On April 6, 2023, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Jürgen Basedow, LL.M. (Harvard), passed away at the age of 73, completely unexpectedly and incomprehensibly.

In the summer semester of 2023, Prof. Rösler will be offering the seminar “International Contract Law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.”

In October 2022, Prof. Rösler spent a week teaching at the law school of the Croatian partner university in Rijeka, with funding from the EU’s Erasmus+ program.

In the winter semester 2022/23, Prof. Rösler will be offering the seminar “Protection of the Weaker Party in International and European Private Law.”

During the summer semester of 2022, Prof. Rösler will be offering the seminar “Recent Decisions in Private International Law and International Civil Procedure.”
