The Innovation Lab (InnoLab) in room AR-Z 008 of the Center for Information and Media Technology (ZIMT) at the University of Siegen offers a versatile environment for exploring and using innovative technologies, such as virtual reality.

The lab is designed to familiarize students and employees of the University of Siegen with the latest developments in media technology and media production. It plays a central role in supporting courses and digital teaching by providing modern technologies and promoting their integration into teaching and learning processes. By using advanced media and IT solutions, the InnoLab helps to improve the quality of digital teaching and develop innovative teaching methods.
In addition, the InnoLab regularly hosts workshops on various media and IT topics at ZIMT. You can find more information about the workshops here.
The InnoLab is open to all interested members of the University of Siegen. Dates for the workshops and training courses are published here every semester. For further information and service requests, please contact the ZIMT.

We cordially invite you to take a virtual tour of our media rooms and studios in the AR-X and AR-Z buildings. Enter the studios and take a look around to see what options are available to you for your projects. Take the elevator down one floor in building X, visit the One Button Recording Studio
and let us explain how it works. Then head over to the neighboring building Z and visit the Innovation Lab (InnoLab).
