Book licenses
On this page you will learn how to book software licenses in the user account management .

User account management
To book the license for the desired software, first log in to the user account management.
Then select the "My options" option in the menu on the left-hand side.
Booking
All bookable licenses are listed on the next page. Select the required license, in this case Adobe Creative Cloud as an example, and click on "Book now".
If it says "Booked", you have already booked the license.
You must now agree to the data transfer.
You must also agree to the license terms. To do this, check the box next to "I have read the license terms and agree to the license terms" and confirm with "Next".
In the last step, you can check and send your data. To do this, click on "Confirm and send".
You will then receive a new overview of your information. After successful booking, it will take some time for the data to be fully transmitted.
In the case of Adobe, you will receive an e-mail after a short time. In the case of Office, the transfer can take up to two hours, after which you should be able to log in at Office.com.
