Department for Equal Opportunities

We advise and support university members and university management on issues of equal opportunities. This includes planning and implementing measures to establish and further develop a non-discriminatory organizational culture based on mutual respect.

Students and employees of the university receive individual advice and needs-oriented support services in the areas of gender equality, family and work-life balance, diversity and inclusion.

Our website is currently being revised. As an interim, you will find links to various service facilities and fields of action that will be presented here in the future.
