The staff at the Central Information Desk are the first point of contact for all questions relating to the library. Among other things, they provide support with
- questions about using the library and its services
- researching literature in catalogs, databases and bibliographies
- ordering books and articles via interlibrary loan
- questions about using the PC workstations in the library
- registering and organizing appointments for library courses
- finding the right contact person for other questions or problems
