All employees involved in the application process for academic staff, assistants and/or lecturers receive training.

Employees who are involved in the application for and settlement of business trips, business outings and excursions receive basic training.

Employees who are entrusted with the execution of official procurements as well as new employees receive basic training.

Fee for guest lectures at the University of Siegen: External speakers can be engaged to supplement the teaching program and paid a fee (usually up to €500). Accommodation and travel expenses are also reimbursed under certain conditions. Payment is made after the guest lecture has been held and in compliance with the applicable guidelines of the NRW State Travel Expenses Act.

The legal department team provides you with samples and checks the GHVs/NDAs of your contractual partners.

Efre, ZIM, Horizon 2020, DAAD, BMFTR funding lines, etc.pp.... Regardless of the type of research cooperation, we take care of contract drafting and review partner contracts.

The Language Center offers individual advice for all GFL learners. These include writing advice, which provides support in writing texts, and language learning advice, which teaches methods and strategies for effective German learning.

Learning/explanation modules of approx. 15-20 minutes each from IHK-Exportakademie GmbH

Employees communicate clearly, confidently and safely in difficult situations. They feel confident in their working environment and know how to de-escalate a conversation or encounter.
