One focus here is on the use of innovative technologies such as virtual reality (VR), apps and mixed reality (MR) in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses. Current projects are concerned with

• the use of VR/MR in the diagnosis of specific phobias
• the integration of virtual reality in the treatment of anxiety disorders
• the use of immersive technologies in addiction-related disorders

We combine experimental research with application-oriented clinical implementation.
