Focus Bachelor's/Master's thesis: Get to know and try out strategies and techniques for my writing process
Are you studying to become a teacher and your Bachelor's or Master's thesis is due? Regardless of whether you are just in the orientation phase of your thesis or have already written a few chapters: Our four-hour workshop is designed to help you keep track of things and organize your individual writing process in such a way that you can move from the initial idea to the submission of your text in a targeted and motivated manner.
The final thesis is a complex writing task that requires you to draw on numerous academic writing skills that you have acquired to varying degrees during your studies. It is therefore quite normal that you will now face a number of challenges at different levels in connection with your thesis.
In the workshop, we will first look at the writing process and different types of writing, giving you the opportunity to reflect on the resources you already have. We will then focus on general writing project planning before you can work on the challenges that are currently central to you from a selection of possible focal points in the last block, e.g. formulating a question, narrowing down the topic, checking the central theme within a section or reviewing the overall structure of your thesis.
