We have put together exciting workshops for girls aged 10 and over in which you can get active yourself - with real experiments, creative projects and lots of fun. Would you like to experience where climate protection measures are invented, cities are made smarter and water resources are analyzed? Then come and join us at the university! Work with special software and precision equipment together with engineering scientists on the solutions of tomorrow. We'll show you how civil engineering and mechanical engineering go hand in hand to secure our future.

From magic markers to slime lab - hands-on chemical engineering!

Isn't it amazing how well many products in our everyday lives work? Whether it's modern detergent that removes even the worst stains from your favorite white shirt, cosmetic products for every skin type, magic markers with color magic or the popular pudding from the bag - all these things are perfectly matched to their application. This is made possible by the work of many people in the chemical industry. In this workshop, you will get to know their tasks in a playful way and work like real junior chemical technicians!

Mission LEGO vehicle - tuning for the grand finale

This workshop is all about technology, creativity and teamwork. A vehicle is built, tested and cleverly programmed using LEGO robots and sensors: How do sensors react to light, distance or movement? And how should the robot be programmed so that it reaches its destination as quickly and skillfully as possible? Through trial and error, tinkering and joint optimization, the participants prepare their LEGO vehicle for the grand finale - with lots of fun and exciting insights into the world of building, logical programming and applied robotics.
