Practicing feedback conversations

In this one-day face-to-face workshop, we will identify the challenges that participants face when preparing and
conducting feedback meetings and work out how we want to deal with the
challenges. After input on basic aspects, we will then carry out
simulations in which feedback discussions are practiced. Participants give and
receive feedback on the simulations to optimize their feedback practice. We address the benefits and
relevance, as well as the objectives, functions, principles, criteria and formulations that are central to the use of
feedback. An online padlet with
links to numerous resources and the workshop documentation is also available for further work after the workshop.
