The summer semester bachelor’s seminar consists of a thematic group with four distinct topics. These topics will be further specified over the course of the seminar. During the kick-off event on April 20, topics will be assigned based on your preferences. 

 

Topic Selection:
1. Skills gaps as barriers to the implementation of digital transformation in banks
2. Change leadership as a success factor in the introduction of AI in the banking sector
3. The impact of corporate culture on transformation in banks
4. Liquidity maturity transformation in banks caught between regulatory requirements and internal governance 
  

Topics will be assigned at the kick-off meeting.
